We ship via UPS based on weight and shipping location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy. We will gladly return or exchange all items presented for return or exchange within 30 days. All items must be received within the 30 day period from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund.

*Please enclose a copy of your packing slip. (Go Fish is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.)
A refund will be credited back to you in the original form of payment. Please be advised, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise in non-refundable.
Items purchased on the website may NOT be returned in a Go Fish store. They must be returned to our Brunswick office via the Website Return department.
